Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an applicant shall furnish proof satisfactory to the Board that the applicant has received a doctoral degree in optometry based upon completion of a program which was accredited at the time the degree was conferred by the Council on Optometric Education of the American Optometric Association in accordance with § 504(h) of the Act, D.C. Code § 2-3305.4(h) (1987 Supp.).
An applicant for a license shall submit with a completed application a certified transcript of the applicant's educational record and certificate of graduation.
