Rule 17-6302 - EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS6302.1Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, an applicant for a license to practice occupational therapy shall furnish proof satisfactory to the Board, in accordance with § 504(g)(1) of the Act, D.C. Official Code § 3-1205.04(g)(1), that the applicant has done the following:
(a) Successfully completed an educational program for occupational therapists that is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE); and(b) Successfully completed a period of supervised fieldwork experience required by the recognized educational institution where the applicant fulfilled his or her academic requirements.D.C.
