Rule 17-3100 - APPLICABILITY

3100.1

This chapter applies to applicants for licenses and licensed funeral services establishments.

3100.2

Chapter 30 (Funeral Licensure Directors) and Chapter 33 (General Rules: Funeral Directors, Veterinarians, Interior Designers and Real Estate Appraisers) of this title supplement this chapter.
