Rule 17-2710 - OPPORTUNITY FOR A HEARING
2710.1

Every applicant for or holder of a license, or applicant for reinstatement after revocation or suspension, shall be afforded notice and an opportunity to be heard prior to the action of the Board, pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 47-2853.22(a), the effect of which would be as follows:

(a) To deny a license for any cause other than failure to qualify;
(b) To suspend a license;
(c) To revoke a license;
(d) To restore a license;
(e) To refuse to issue renewals by annual registration for any cause other than failure to pay the prescribed fees;
(f) To impose a civil fine or other penalty;
(g) To require a course of remediation or period of probation; or
(h) To deny an application for reinstatement.
