Rule 17-2317 - NATIONAL REGISTRY FEE ASSESSMENT
2317.1

In accordance with the requirements of section 1109 of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 ( 12 U.S.C. § 3338) , a biennial renewal fee, in an amount set by the Appraisal Subcommittee, assessed for all licensed and certified real estate appraisers, except licensed appraisal trainees, shall be submitted by the Department to the Appraisal Subcommittee.
