Rule 17-2315 - REQUIRED NOTIFICATIONS
2315.1

A licensee shall notify the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of any name change or change of business address or residence address.

2315.2

A licensee shall inform the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of pleading guilty or nolo contendere, or being convicted or found guilty of any felony or of any misdemeanor.

2315.3

A licensee shall inform the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of the suspension, revocation, or surrender of his or her appraiser license or certificate held in any other jurisdiction.
