No person shall sell coal in the District of Columbia except a licensed dealer or the licensed agent of a licensed dealer.
Each dealer in coal and each person selling coal as an agent shall secure a license for each year or part of a year.
Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall subject the offender to the penalties prescribed in D.C. Code § 47-2846 (1981).
