An applicant with a pending application pursuant to this chapter may practice athletic training only in accordance with this section.
An applicant with a pending application pursuant to this chapter may practice athletic training under the supervision of an athletic trainer licensed in the District if the applicant has received authorization from the Board to practice under supervision. Such authorization shall not exceed ninety (90) days.
An athletic trainer supervising an applicant shall be fully responsible for all of the actions performed by the applicant during the time of the supervision and may be subject to disciplinary action for any violation of the Act or this chapter by the person supervised.
