Section 16-4313 - ON-STREET CAR SHARING INFRACTIONS

Violations of any of the following provisions shall be a Class 2 infraction:

(a) Using public right-of-way for reserved on-street car sharing without a permit (24 DCMR §3313.1) ;

(b) [RESERVED]

Violations of any of the following provisions shall be a Class 3 infraction:

(a) Failure to abide by a condition of the permit for reserved on-street car sharing (24 DCMR §3313.3);

(b) Failure to pay required fee for reserved on-street car sharing (24 DCMR §3313.4)
