Section 16-4305 - MOBILE STORAGE CONTAINER INFRACTIONS

Violations of any of the following provisions shall be a Class 2 infraction:

(a) Placing a mobile storage container in the public right-of-way without an annual provider permit (24 DCMR §3312.1);

(b) [RESERVED]

4305.3

Violations of any of the following provisions shall be a Class 3 infraction:

(a) Failure to post public space permit for the address-specific location on the outside of the mobile storage container (24 DCMR §3312.14(b)) ;

(b) Mobile storage container remaining in the public right-of-way for longer than five (5) days (24 DCMR §3312.13) ;

(c) Provider fails to maintain the required insurance (24 DCMR §3312.3; 3312.4);

(d) Failure to obtain a site-specific mobile storage container permit (24 DCMR §3312.8);
