The Director may deny, suspend, or revoke the license of an alarm dealer or an alarm agent for any of the reasons set forth in § 5(c) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 7-2804(e)) .
In determining whether the issuance or continuation of a license would constitute a significant risk to the community under § 5(e)(3) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 7-2804(e)(3)) , the Director shall consult with the Chiefs of Police, Fire and other appropriate governmental authorities as the Director deems appropriate.
