Rule 15-4406 - REQUEST TEST

4406.1

Upon request by a tenant, the owner will test the submetering or energy allocation equipment without charge to the tenant, provided that the owner shall not be required to conduct such test more than once in twenty-four (24) months for the same tenant.

4406.2

The tenant, or his or her designated representative, may be present when the equipment is tested.

4406.3

A written report of the results of the test shall be made available to the tenant within ten (10) business days after the completion of the test.
