Rule 15-2703 - ENFORCEMENT

A violation of any statute, regulation, or Commission order may subject a telecommunications service provider to any of the actions prescribed by D.C. Official Code § 34-2002 (h-1) (2011 Supp.).

Section 2703 is formerly entitled, SEnforcement of Commission Rules. Notice of Final Rulemaking, published at 58 DCR 9020, 9021 (October 21, 2011), amended this section and renamed it SEnforcement.
