It is the policy of the Authority to provide an Employee Assistance Program ("EAP") for employees to confidentially address substance abuse and personal problems. Employees are encouraged to voluntarily seek help for resolving their problem(s). Supervisors may refer employees to EAP.
Nothing in this section supersedes relevant provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
