Rule 14-5747 - RECORDS

5747.1

The Central Grievance Files shall be maintained in a central location by the Office of Fair Hearings and shall be made promptly available to interested members of the public for inspection and copying pursuant to procedures established by the OFH.

5747.2

Subject to § 5737.1(d), a reasonable charge of not more than twenty- five cents (25¢) per page may be assessed for copying any document in the Central Grievance Files.
