Rule 14-5301 - ANNUAL INCOME

5301.1

For purposes of determining all forms of income for families who are applicants and participants in the HCVP, DCHA shall follow HUD requirements as enumerated in 24 C.F.R. § 5.601 through 24 C.F.R. § 5.609 and 24 C.F.R. § 5.659, as amended.
