Conveyance of title to homesteaders shall be by special warranty deed, subject to conditions of an abatement agreement entered into by the District and the homesteader at the same time as the conveyance of title.
Conveyance of title to multi-family homesteads shall be in consideration of a purchase price of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per dwelling unit.
Conveyance of title for single family homesteads shall be in consideration of a purchase price of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or a price determined by the Administrator to be fair and equitable, considering the income level of the purchaser, the condition of the property and other factors as the Administrator deems appropriate.
