Rule 14-2812 - CONFLICT OF INTEREST OF PUBLIC BODY

2812.1

No officer, employee, or agent of the District who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the administration of the Program shall be allowed to have any interest, direct or indirect, in the proceeds of a loan, or in any contract entered into by the applicant for the performance of work financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of a loan.

2812.2

District employees otherwise eligible may receive loans in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Program.
