Rule 14-1409 - STATUS OF PENDING CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

1409.1

All Certificate of Occupancy applications on file as of the effective date of these regulations, December 17, 1982, shall be considered as having been received on that date and shall be processed accordingly.
