Rule 14-1407 - APPEALS

1407.1

Any person aggrieved by the action of the Director granting, withholding, or revoking a Certificate of Occupancy may appeal the action to the Board of Zoning Adjustment, pursuant to D.C. Official Code 6-641.07(f) (2001), and the District of Columbia Zoning Regulations.
