Rule 14-1302 - REGISTRATION OF OCCUPANTS

1302.1

Each person licensed to conduct a hotel or motel shall at all times keep a register, which shall contain the following:

(a) The name of each person occupying a rooming unit in the hotel or motel; and

(b) The date of arrival and date of departure of each occupant.

1302.2

Each room shall be numbered and the number of the room assigned to each occupant shall be indicated in the register.

1302.3

The register shall be available for inspection by officials of the District of Columbia.
