Rule 12-K101 - GENERAL

101.1

Scope and intent. Scope and intent of the Green Construction Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-ADCMR.

Administration and enforcement. Administration and enforcement of the Green Construction Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-A DCMR.
