Strike Chapter 15 of the International Existing Building Code in its entirety and insert a new Chapter 15 into the Existing Building Code in its place to read as follows:
Scope. The provisions of Chapter 33 of the Building Code shall govern safety during construction that is under the jurisdiction of this code and the protection of adjacent public and private properties
