Strike Section 5.2.2 of ASHRAE 90.1 in its entirety and insert a new Section 5.2.2 in the Energy Conservation Code-Commercial Provisions to read as follows:
Projects using the Performance Method (See Appendix G) shall comply with Section 5.4, the mandatory provisions of this section, as a portion of that compliance path.
