Section 12-I101 - SCOPE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

R101.1General.

Administration and enforcement of the Energy Conservation Code-Residential Provisions shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-A DCMR.

R101.2Scope.

The scope of the Energy Conservation Code-Residential Provisions shall be as defined in Chapter 1 of Title 12-A DCMR.
