Strike Section 304.1.2 of the International Fire Code and insert a new Section 304.1.2 into the Fire Code in its place to read as follows:
Vegetation. Weeds, grass, vines or other growth that is capable of being ignited and endangering property shall be cut down and removed by the owner or occupant of the premisesat his, her or its expense.
