Insert a new Section 614 into the Plumbing Code to read as follows:
General. Outdoor fountains shall comply with Section 614.2.
Outdoor fountains. Outdoor fountains shall be designed and installed to minimize as much as practicable the use of potable water. Nonpotable water shall not be used for outdoor contact water features.
