Strike Chapter 25 of the International Residential Code in its entirety and insert a new Chapter 25 into the Residential Code in its place to read as follows:
General. The provisions of Chapter 1 of the Building Code , Title 12-A DCMR shall establish the general administrative requirements applicable to plumbing systems and inspection requirements of the Residential Code . The administrative provisions of Chapter 1 of the Building Code , Title 12-A DCMR, shall also apply to the plumbing requirements of Chapters 25 through 32.
