Rule 12-B-E101 - SCOPE

Insert a new Section AE101.2 into Appendix E of the Residential Code to read as follows:

AE101.2Administration and enforcement. Administration and enforcement of Appendix E shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-A DCMR, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
