Insert new Section 3101.2 in the Building Code to read as follows:
3101.2Other requirements. Special construction encroaching into the public right-of-way or public space shall conform to the pertinent standards set forth in Chapter 32, and other applicable requirements, including the D.C. Department of Transportation (DDOT) regulations set forth in 24 DCMR, and D.C. Official Code, Title 10, Subtitle III.D.C. Mun. Regs. r. 12-A3101
