General Each application for subdivision of land in the District of Columbia sought pursuant to the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations of the District of Columbia (10-B DCMR §§ 2700 et seq.) shall be referred to the Floodplain Administrator for a determination as to whether the proposed development site that is the subject of the application is located wholly or partially within a flood hazard area.
