Rule 12-F403 - MINIMUM PLUMBING FACILITIESStrike Section 403.1 of the International Property Maintenance Code in its entirety and insert new Section 403.1 in its place in the Property Maintenance Code to read as follows:
403.1General. Every space intended for human occupancy shall be provided with natural ventilation in accordance with Section 1203.4 of the Building Code, or mechanical ventilation in accordance with the Mechanical Code. Each new dwelling unit shall be ventilated by mechanical means in accordance with Section 403 of the Mechanical Code and shall have at least one opening to the outdoors for natural ventilation of not less than 4 percent of the floor area of the habitable spaces of the dwelling unit
