Rule AM105 - CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTIONAM105.1General. Carbon monoxide alarms shall be installed in all dwellings used for home day care equipped with a fuel burning appliance or an attached garage. Carbon monoxide alarms shall be installed in accordance with Section R315.D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 12, r. AM105
