Strike Section 3107.1 of the International Building Code in its entirety and insert new Section 3107.1 to the Building Code to read as follows:
3107.1General. Signs shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of Title 12 of the DCMR, including, but not limited to, Appendix N to the Building Code Supplement which is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated by reference, and the Property Maintenance Code, until such time as the District of Columbia adopts superseding regulations pursuant to the Sign Legislation.
