Rule 12-A3103 - TEMPORARY STRUCTURESStrike Section 3103.1.1 of the International Building Code in its entirety and insert new Section 3101.1.1 to the Building Code in its place to read as follows:
3103.1.1Permit required. Temporary structures that cover an area greater than 100 square feet (9.29 m2), including connecting areas or spaces with a common means of egress or entrance, shall not be erected, operated or maintained for any purpose without obtaining a permit from the code official.
