Rule 11-K912 - STREETSCAPE STANDARDS (WR)

In all WR zones, all buildings are subject to the following design requirements:

(a) Façdes that front on public or private streets or plazas shall not have blank walls uninterrupted for more than ten feet (10 ft.) by doors, windows, or architectural features that modulate and articulate the building wall planes. Projections permitted into the public right-of-way by other regulations shall satisfy this requirement; and
(b) Security grilles shall have no less than seventy percent (70%) transparency.
