Rule 11-J203 - HEIGHT

203.1

Except as provided elsewhere in this title, the maximum permitted height of buildings or structures, not including a penthouse or rooftop structure, shall be as set forth in this section.

203.2

The maximum permitted height of buildings or structures, except as provided in Subtitle J § 203.3, shall be as set forth in the following table:

203.3

Development on a lot that directly abuts a property in a residential zone as defined by Subtitle A § 101.9 with a lower height limit, shall not project above a plane drawn at a forty-five degree (45°) angle subject to the following:

(a) The plane shall be measured ten feet (10 ft.) above the matter-of-right height of the abutting residential property line; and

(b) The measuring point shall be established at the middle of the abutting residential property line.
