Rule 11-J200 - DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS

200.1

The development standards of this chapter shall apply to all Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR) zones except as changed by a geographically modified zone.

200.2

The development standards regulate the bulk of buildings and other structures and the spaces around them, including the following:

(a) Height and number of stories;

(b) Density and lot occupancy;

(c) Yards and setbacks; and

(d) Environmental performance.
