Residential density is calculated as either the maximum number of principal dwelling units per lot in the R and RF zones or by floor area ratio (FAR) in the other zones.
In other than residential zones, the density is calculated by FAR.
Specified uses may also be limited to a gross floor area (GFA) and are identified within applicable zones.
Each use within a zone may or may not have the same density entitlements within the same zone. In the MU, NMU, D, and Subtitle K zones, there may be a limit on non-residential density or a residential requirement.
