Rule 11-934 - SIDE YARDS (W)

934.1

Within the W-0 District, for any building or structure located in whole or in part on land, the minimum width of each side yard shall be twelve (12) feet.

934.2

No side yard shall be required in the W-1, W-2, and W-3 Districts. If a side yard is provided, its minimum width shall be at least eight (8) feet.
