Rule 11-772 - PERCENTAGE OF LOT OCCUPANCY (C)772.1In a Commercial District, no building or portion of a building devoted to a residential use, including accessory buildings but excluding hotels, shall occupy the lot upon which it is located in excess of the percentage of lot occupancy in the following table:
