Rule 11-728 - UTILITIES (C-2)

728.1

A public utility pumping station, subject to any requirements pertaining to setbacks, screening, or other requirement that the Board of Zoning deems necessary for the protection of adjacent or nearby property, shall be permitted in a C-2 District as a special exception if approved by the Board under § 3104.
