Rule 11-3200 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
3200.1

In accordance with § 11 of the Zoning Act of 1938, approved June 20, 1938 (52 Stat. 797, 801, as amended; D.C. Official Code § 6-610.10 (2001)(formerly codified at D.C. Code § 5-427 (1999 Supp.))), the Mayor shall administer and enforce the Zoning Regulations.

3200.2

In accordance with § 8 of the Zoning Act of 1938, approved June 20, 1938 (52 Stat. 797, 799, as amended; D.C. Official Code § 6-641.07(f) (2001)(formerly codified at D.C. Code § 5-424(f) (1994 Repl.))), appeals to the Board of Zoning Adjustment may be taken by any person aggrieved, or organization authorized to represent that person, or by any officer or department of the District or federal government, affected by any decision of an administrative officer granting or refusing a building permit or granting or withholding a certificate of occupancy or any other administrative decision based in whole or part upon any Zoning Regulations or Zoning Maps adopted pursuant to the Zoning Act.

3200.3

The fee for any appeal or application made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be as determined by the Mayor.
