Rule 11-3101 - ORGANIZATION

3101.1

The Board shall consist of five (5) members and shall have the duties and powers set forth in the Zoning Act and the Zoning Regulations.

3101.2

Three (3) members of the Board shall constitute a quorum of the Board, but a lesser number may meet and adjourn.

3101.3

The Board shall elect its chairperson and vice-chairperson at its first meeting held in January of each calendar year.

3101.4

The chairperson shall preside at all meetings and hearings of the Board. In the event of the absence or disability of the chairperson, the vice-chairperson shall preside. In the event of the absence or disability of the chairperson and the vice-chairperson, the senior member of the Board in terms of years of service shall preside.
