Rule 11-2410 - EFFECT ON PENDING APPLICATIONS
2410.1

This chapter shall apply to all PUD applications filed after December 8, 1995.

2410.2

A PUD that has already received preliminary approval or for which an application was filed before December 8, 1995, may continue to be processed to completion in accordance with the regulations in effect at the time of filing, or may be processed in accordance with this revised chapter at the option of the applicant with the Commission's approval.
