Rule 11-2109 - APPLICABILITY OF NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDING AND STRUCTURE PROVISIONS

2109.1

For the purposes of §§ 2104, 2105, 2107, and 2108, a nonresidential building or structure includes any building or structure where eighty percent (80%) or more of the gross floor area is devoted to a use other than a dwelling, flat, multiple dwelling, rooming or boarding house, community-based residential facility, or hospital.
