Rule 11-2102 - EXCEPTIONS TO THE SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS: C-4 DISTRICT

2102.1

In a C-4 District, the provisions in this section shall apply.

2102.2

The parking requirements applicable to a Disposition Lot as defined in the Urban Renewal Plan for the Downtown Urban Renewal Area shall be as specified in that Plan.

2102.3

The parking spaces required pursuant to § 2101.1 for office and retail or service uses need not be limited to use by employees, occupants, guests, visitors, or customers of such uses and may be used for general public parking.
