Rule 11-1725 - PIA: MINIMUM GROUND FLOOR HEIGHT (DD/MVT)1725.1The following minimum ground floor height requirements apply to each building located within the PIA:

A | 22 Feet |
B & C | 22 Feet for at least 50% of its ground floor |
D | 14 Feet |
