Rule 11-1562 - GENERAL PROVISIONS (FT)

1562.1

The FT Overlay District is mapped in combination with the underlying C-3-A, CR, C-M-1, or M Districts and not instead of the underlying districts.

1562.2

Where there is a conflict between this chapter and the underlying zoning, the more restrictive provisions of this title shall govern.
