Rule 11-1303 - LIMITATIONS ON DRIVEWAYS AND CURB CUTS (NC)

1303.1

No drive-through accessory to any use shall be permitted in the NC Overlay District.

1303.2

Within the area of the NC Overlay District, notwithstanding the provisions of § 2117.8(c), no driveway providing access from any designated roadway to required parking spaces or loading berths shall be permitted.
